We have a simple fee structure no matter where you are in the UK and no matter what you earn
Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) – £100.00 per person
Miam certificate/FM1/Form A/Form C100 for court purposes – £60.00
Mediation meetings Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm – £150 per person per session ( 90 minutes)
Mediation meeting out of office hours Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 8.30pm & Weekends – POA
Preparation of open statement of financial information – from £70.00 per hour per person
Preparation of parenting plan – from £150.00 per person
Preparation of memorandum of understanding – from £150.00 per hour per person
Financial Consent Order – £600
Mckenzie friend packages (please note prices will vary depending on whether clients need assistance to court)
Child arrangement orders – from £250 per hearing including communication with the other party/solicitor
– preparation for position statements and assistance for First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointment (FHDRA)
– preparation for court bundles/ skeleton argument and assistance Dispute Resolution Appointment (DRA)
– Final Hearing (One day)
Injunctions (Non Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders) – from £350 per hearing
– Without Notice (Ex-Parte)
– On Notice Hearing
– preparation for cafcass
– Fact Finding (One Day)
Financial Orders – from £350 per hearing
– First Appointment
– Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR)
